Miley Cyrus Sings With Fan During Cancer Benefit
A smitten fan joined Miley Cyrus on stage during a recent concert to benefit cancer research.
The fan, a young cancer patient, smiled as she sang along to Cyrus's song "The Climb." In the midst of her 55-city Wonder World tour, Cyrus performed the tune -- from the soundtrack to her 'Hannah Montana: The Movie' -- at the annual Concert for Hope in Los Angeles. The concert benefits the City of Hope, which promotes cancer research and education.
In addition to the concert, Cyrus has pledged to donate $1 of every ticket sold on her current tour to the charity. During her last tour, Cyrus raised more than $2 million for City of Hope. Last year, she also contributed vocals to the single 'Just Stand Up!.' an all-star project which benefited cancer research.
